Mrs. Tennessee America Bitten by Rattlesnake, Saved by Mrs. Iowa

Writing by Chris on Friday, 31 of August , 2007 at 9:29 am

Would have been a boring story except for the speculation near the end.

Mrs. Tennessee America Bitten by Rattlesnake, Saved by Mrs. Iowa

As for whether the snake was planted there in a “Miss Congeniality” sort of plot to rig the upcoming pageant — which unlike Miss America is for married women — the executive director of the Mrs. Tennessee America Pageant said she didn’t think that was the case.

1 in 3 female online daters report first-date sex

Writing by Chris on Thursday, 30 of August , 2007 at 2:03 pm

Unluckily for me, I can’t get past the first stage.  Damn background checks.  But ‘Yay!’ for the other part of the survey.

1 in 3 female online daters report first-date sex

While the women who were surveyed went to great lengths to screen online acquaintances before meeting them, nearly a third reported having sex on the first date and three-quarters of those said they did not use condoms, according to the study by The University of Texas School of Public Health.

YouTube – ‘Batman Begins’ trailer Recut

‘Batman Begins’ footage cut with ‘American Psycho’ footage to create a Recut trailer – ‘Bateman’. To be original I used the ‘Requiem for a trailer’ song.

Boy Scouts Lawsuit Opens Secret Files

Writing by Chris on Thursday, 30 of August , 2007 at 9:40 am

Always be prepared… for surprise sex.

Boy Scouts Lawsuit Opens Secret Files

Kosnoff analyzed the numbers and came to this shocking conclusion: Before 1991, “a Scout leader was being tossed out for child molestation at the rate of one every three days,” he said. “Post-1991, the rate was one every two days.” That includes people suspected of abuse.

The organization claims its child abuse prevention program is the best
in the country. However, in 2005 the man who ran that program, Douglas
Smith Jr., was sentenced to eight years in federal prison for
trafficking in child pornography on the Internet.

Tachigui: The Amazing Lives of the Fast Food Grifters

Writing by Chris on Wednesday, 29 of August , 2007 at 10:13 pm

I’d watch that.

Production I.G [WORK LIST[Details]]

“The movie is something that no one has seen before.” It could be described as a 3D-CG recreation of a documentary drama of a fictional post-war history staged in a small theatre and performed as a simple paper puppet show.

ANGEL: AFTER THE FALL #1 COVER

Writing by Chris on Wednesday, 29 of August , 2007 at 9:16 pm

I’ll buy it just for the cover.

FIRST LOOK: ANGEL: AFTER THE FALL #1 COVER – NEWSARAMA

“Angel and his friends took a stand because he thought it was the right thing to do. They fought the good fight even though they were probably going to lose, even though they were facing insurmountable odds. But that’s the thing about insurmountable odds…surmounting them can be quite a bitch. The series begins to tackle the fall-out of Angel’s stand, and what it cost everyone near, around, and close to him.”

Rove’s Jaguar shrink-wrapped by White House pranksters

Writing by Chris on Wednesday, 29 of August , 2007 at 2:22 pm

Hah!

photos

White House pranksters wrapped Rove’s Jaguar in plastic wrap on the private driveway next to the West Wing. Rove’s car is easily recognizable because of its “I love Barack Obama” bumper sticker and the twin stuffed-animal eagles on the trunk. Oh, and there’s a stuffed-animal elephant on the hood.

Score From ‘Brazil’ Wildly Popular, For Some Reason

Writing by Chris on Tuesday, 28 of August , 2007 at 2:19 pm

To be fare, it is a good song.

Once in a while, every advertising firm and trailer house in the country decides to license the exact same song at the exact same time. Usually, it’s something innocuous and cheerful (in this world, Peter Gabriel’s “Solsbury Hill” is the Platonic Ideal). But this summer — possibly to acknowledge that we’re currently living in a dystopia — everyone seems to have chosen something slightly less pleasant: Michael Kamen’s score for Terry Gilliam’s 1985 film Brazil, because nothing says “animated children’s film” quite like “negative Utopia.”

About Me

This is it. I'm not looking to become an Internet star, or buy a house off by adsense moneyz. Though I am willing to go with the flow on either.

You may have noticed that I am not a graphic designer. Or a real programmer. Or race car driver, though that may not be as obvious from the site itself. I apologize for any mistakes, ommisions, or eye gouging graphics choices I may have perpetrated on anyone through ths page
