From Worth 1000 Photoshop contest.
My favorite:
Ever read H.G. Wells novel the Time Machine? Me neither. I’m pretty sure it’s about this guy who goes back in time to 1955 to make sure his parents get together or else Disney can’t make any sequels. Something like that…. In this contest, photoshop is your time machine and you may use it to meld the past, present and future.

Techcrunch has profiles of a few interesting startups. Go check it out. I thought LicketyShip was the most interesting.
It is an ecommerce service that can deliver purchased goods within two hours of placing the order. The magic? They combing local retail shops with the apparent over-capacity in the local courier market. Couriers pick items up at retail shops and deliver them immediately.

Just cleaning out the old locker, she stinks like ass but I’ll sure miss her… I guess you could say that about all my girls.

I was just asking myself when someone would fill the void left by Space Ghost. Now we know.
Stewie’s show will be based on familyguy.com and other News Corp.-owned Web properties catering to the young demographics that have embraced the Fox series.

Fake fur is hella cool.
Some people come to Sundance to see movies. Some come to see celebrities. I count myself in both of those categories, but there’s a third thing to see here: Fur Boots! Sasquatch is right up there with Jimmy Choo when it comes to fashionable footwear. Check out the little animals keeping important feet warm:

Ken Levine has a fun rant on his blog, which is normal. The fact that it is written by his daughter is less normal, but just as funny.
And there are the idiots, the former hippies. The ones who pick up a $20 loaf of bread because it has fibers from the Hicabutusism tree in West Africa, where little magical all-natural fairies plow the soil until the perfect grain is achieved. Get a grip, people. Wonderbread has little magical fairies too, they’re call sweat-shop workers!
